Somwell L Capsule

Esomeprazole 40 mg — Enteric Coated Levosulpiride 75 mg — Sustained Release

Somwell L combines a proton pump inhibitor, Esomeprazole, with the prokinetic agent Levosulpiride to provide dual-action support for acid-related and motility-associated gastrointestinal symptoms.

Esomeprazole suppresses gastric acid secretion, while Levosulpiride provides prokinetic support by improving upper gastrointestinal motility and gastric emptying. This combination is used in GERD and selected patients with reflux or dyspeptic symptoms where a PPI alone may not provide adequate symptom control.
